My proposal templates (or other settings) are missing, how do I get them back?

In the Settings and Support worksheet of the OnGrid Tool, click "Load Tool User Data from Backup File" (cell F371)


Click "Select File" in the window that pops up.



Select a file from your OnGrid Backups folder, typically titled "OnGridTool_BACKUP_...". Select the most recent file where your Tool was working properly.



Check the boxes of the data that you would like to load from the backup file (if unsure, leave all boxes checked). Click "Load Now"
