To create a customer-data sharing group in OnGrid Sky:
- Log in to sky.ongrid.net
- On the Staff page, click on "Manage User Groups"
- Click on "Add New User Group"
- Enter in your preferred Group Name and Description and be sure to check everyone you want to be in this group
- Confirm the changes
- Everyone in this group can see and edit each other's customers (once they sync their local customer database OnGrid Sky)
Also, by default, Managers can see and edit the customers of salespeople assigned under them (again if everyone syncs to OnGrid Sky). However, salespeople can't see each others' and their manager's customers.
