How do I switch parent companies?

Please sign up again under the new parent company name.

Afterwards, an account under the new parent company will be created. And we'll send an email with a new user key attached. That user key needs to be loaded into the Tool.

If you want to transfer all of your customers from the previous company to the new one (and it's legally appropriate), please email us your customer database ("OnGrid CustData.xls" or similar). We'll make it work with the new company and then send it back to you with further instructions. Please note that we may notify the previous company of this action as a matter of due diligence.
